Shungite Scam - Truth And Myths

Is Shungite A Scam?

First time I came across with information about substance called shungite I thought "wow that's amazing"! Ha-ha... being a bit naive I ordered some "toys" made of shungite directly from Russia, including pyramids, cell phone stickers and harmonizers (have no idea what it is but I have read it's good for your inner energy stabilization, whatever that is).

Anyways, after spending some $$ I started thinking, what if this is all a big scam (similar to selling Moon land as your property, or holy air from Jerusalem in a jar). Here I went to search via famous Google. Well, there are lot's of forums where people are saying it IS a scam. That everything is made up just to sell some "coals" to people. Well, shungite is not exactly coal, nor graphite.

"Shungite carbon is a fossilized organic material of sea bottom Precambrian sediments of high level of carbonization containing the fullerene-like regular structures"

Get it? PRECAMBRIAN....

Precambrian time, period of time that extends from about 4.6 billion years ago (the point at which Earth began to form)

Then I searched some more trying to find scientific evidence, and I found it!

Though their approach is strictly scientific, there is nothing spiritual or magical about it, it makes me feel very special when touching the Earth material that is as old as the Earth itself. It's like going back in time in a special way...

Earth Consciousness

Reading some reviews about books on using crystals I came across with the therm "Earth Consciousness". It sounded catchy and unknown to me, what is Earth Consciousness?

Some stuff I found on-line about this concept is very interesting. It looks like some studies were done in this direction. See these few links where authors are talking about Earth a a some kind of conscious subject (a living thing on it's own).

An interesting read in whole. I am glad to find someone out there thinking in the same direction independently. By never being satisfied with what media or someone tells you, being like a 3 y.o. kid asking all the time "why?" you will find the truth, or at least will be on your way of finding it.

As I get older, wiser, a little smarter, I collect information piece by piece. There is lots of it coming from different directions, it seems all about the same thing - ENERGY, SPIRIT, SPIRITUALITY and many more things...

Below I will be adding all these pieces of the Spirit Puzzle one by one as they pass my path. I will try to keep it in alphabetic order, so I can easily find stuff when I need it. As a result of solving a Puzzle Of The Spirit I am hoping somehow to connect dots together. May be one day science will be smart enough to break through the limited three dimensional world and will explain an old (new) dimension of The Spirit.
